According to the law, every Consumer has the right to withdraw a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days of receiving the package, we extend this time especially for you to 30 days
Returned goods - the return should be in the unchanged state, this also applies to the packaging of the goods. Together with the returned product or products, the Customer is obliged to return any products that he has received for free.
In case of return of shoes - the customer is obliged to return in the original box, in an unchanged condition. During the preparation of the return shipment - the box should be wrapped in foil or additionally secured, so as not to stick a letter of lading directly on the box. In case of visible changes or lack of original boxes, the value of the return will be reduced by the cost of the box, i.e. 10 PLN.
HOW DO I MAKE A REFUND?

- attach the form to the invoice or receipt and returned products
- for orders paid by bank transfer - money is returned to the account provided on the form
- for orders paid on delivery - money is returned to the bank account provided in the form

We do not accept shipments sent back to us in the form of "cash on delivery" or to a parcel. The Goods returned by the Customer should be packed in an appropriate manner, ensuring that the shipment is not damaged during transport. We will refund the money within a maximum of 14 days.
